I am an avid angler and fly tyer, although I am new to fly tying. My favorite season is the summer when I am able to hike into the high country to seek out large cruising cutthroats. When I am not fishing, I am a senior policy analyst in Colorado. With a legal background, I am becoming more active in cold water conservation. I hope to protect our public lands for the enjoyment of future generations. Last, I hope to change the fly fishing image. Too long has it been identified with old white men who only throw dry flies. Fly fishing is for all. As such, I volunteer with programs that help educate the virtues of fly fishing.
