Recipe-

Tail: white microfibets (3-4) or antron yarn(as shown) 

Wing:  dark dun CDC

Thorax:  sulfur orange biot 

Dubbing:  sulfur orange

Thread: 6 ot uni-thread

Hook: any size from 14-24

Start by putting down a thread base, once at the back of the hook tie you tail.  Then tie in 1 piece of biot, lightly dab super glue across the thread.  Wrap the biot forward, 3/4 of the way up the hook and tie it off.  Get three piece of cdc, measure them the length of the hook, the tie them in right in front of the biot.  Trim and cover the but end of the cdc, to create a taper, lightly dub around the feather and the head.  Tie off and you are done!
